Smarter, stronger bodies amplify your efforts. We work with all levels of health and fitness to develop complementary, balanced training. Along with foot strengthening, expect core, balance, and flexibility improvements. With a little support and insight, you can rise to your next challenge.
Our new Thursday evening offering will have our usual warm up, and full cool down, but we'll only do our turn out sequence focusing more on mobilizing our hips and spine, strengthening our foundation, and leaving more time for Sole training (foot massage), deeper stretching and a closing meditation. willpower & Grace, emphasis on the Grace.

For in-person, arrive with your water bottle. For Thursday nights, bring your mat. We’re the only ones in the clinic during class times and will lock the door at the start of class. Knock on the window if you arrive late and we’ll come let you in :)
